Susan Fox has conducted forensic investigations involving shareholder disputes, insurance claims, financial statement fraud, and asset misappropriation, including embezzlement, and has served as an expert witness. She has performed whistleblower and other compliance examinations for over a decade.

She has provided Sarbanes-Oxley consulting services for a variety of industries since 2005.

Susan holds an active CPA license in Arizona. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.


Frank E. Fox, CPA, CFE

Frank Fox serves in an advisory capacity on all engagements.

Frank has managed systems implementations and has assisted companies with process improvements for over twenty years.

He has helped companies raise money via PE firms and debt financing. He has also performed the purchase accounting for numerous acquisitions.

Frank also has experience creating and developing financial models (budgeting, cash flow, revenue).

Frank holds an active CPA license in Arizona is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
